Dunno ;-)

I'm happily running that (0x23) on my haswell, but there are reports
of reboots (apparently, enough to cause fedora to drop that set) and
although it apparently claims to mitigate against one of the Spectre
versions - if I've understood what I've read on the kernel list -
that claim is not trusted.
