thank you very much for your comments. In the meantime, I built
"samba", which is not so simpel. It went OK. However, I share your
opinion, "you can't really have total confidence in this system.". I
agree with your process system, and I am going to try it, perhaps now on
the new lfs, anounced for these days. I have no experience with scripts
for building lfs until now. Could you perhaps send me one of yours in
order to me to understand the procedure ? It does not need to be
complete, just to push me through the first steps. Thank you very much,
