While I happen to like using system harfbuzz and graphite2, it
doesn't make a vast difference to the install size AFAICS. And
upstream show no enthusiasm for using the system versions.
I've not seen any problems when putting newer versions of graphite2
and harfbuzz on older systems, but those systems don't get heavy use
and I don't remove the old versions.
