I hit that last night, found a patch at fedora (in qt5base or
whatever they call it), but wasn't sure if there might be other
issues (because they split qt into parts).  It did fix it, so I
uploaded it an hour or two ago to patches and then fixed the book.

For the moment, go to the patches part of the LFS website, and in
Download look at 'qt' (NOT the full qt-everywhere... directory, that
name is just too long!) and get the qt-5.11.1-glibc228-1.patch.
