Not me, I rarely build kde.  But I can offer a comment on this.

That part is normal (I had it in 5.12).

This looks like a problem with your install of extra-cmake-modules.

In BLFS they are installed in /usr, but kde is typically built in
/opt.

The page before KF5 (Pre-Installation Configuration) includes
/etc/profile.d/kf5.sh for installing in /opt.

I will make a guess that your PKG_CONFIG_PATH is not right.  But you
will need to look at that cmake file, and any detailed output which
cmake has produced, to see what exactly it is looking for and what
it (maybe) tells you was passed to it.

That looks like the file to look at to see what was passed to cmake.

But I have to say that I hope you have booted the new system (to
test it works) before getting this far into BLFS in chroot.
