My own build on 8.3 went cleanly, but libsoftokn3.so comes from nss. At that time I was using nss-3.38, but I've since updated nss twice (for newer firefoxes). It seems to me that something is wrong with your nss installation. Are you using something linked to nss (firefox, seamonkey, thunderbird are the likely suspects) ? If so, does it, or do they, work ?
