And poppler 0.72 also causes issues, and requires a third patch not
mentioned on the LO page yet (you have one for 71 and one for 70). The
new issue is related to getCString() not being found. This patch from

I've got a fix for the poppler issue queued, but I wasn't aware of the
boost one. In my patch, I consolidated all of the patches into one to
simplify the build. It's SVN after all.
