If you're looking for the patch for Polkit-0.115, here it is:

Note though that Polkit-0.116 doesn't need a patch, and we recommend
updating to that because the security fixes it has are more stable
than the ones provided in that patch.
Sorry about that my FF was still showing old polkit a refresh showed
that it was now 116
