I don't think anyone here was "ignoring" you.
Generally people tend to post a lot more information than what you provided.
Information such as logs, errors generated etc..
I personally think what you posted was equivalent to, "hello, I put
gasoline in my car, but it won't start. What is wrong with it?"
Since you did not provide much, nobody could give you an answer. Though
maybe one could have mentioned as much.
I did recently mention it appears there is an error in the GLib-2.60.6
build page, and that seems have gone unheard.
