I'm building doxygen-1.8.17 in (System V Edition) - Version 2020-01-06
and have run into a test problem. After executing this:

The directory /usr/lib seems to have the right libraries, and ldd seems
to indicate that nothing is amiss with the files that "make tests" is
complaining about.
Any ideas?
