[blfs-support] libdrm-2.4.100 seems to have testing and installation reversed

I built libdrm-2.4.100 successfully, but when I ran ninja test I got 
complaints about various lib...so not existing, which I verified by 
looking in usr/lib. So I ran ninja install and then ninja test, and all 
tests passed. Perhaps the BLFS book should switch the order?
