I had the exact same problem and I know it was easy enough to fix (I can paste
from The Book now without that dialogue popping up). It's just that at the
moment I can't remember how I fixed it....
Is there perhaps just some sort of "do not ask again" option in the dialogue
window that you've overlooked or something? It must've been something silly
like that, I'm sure.
I'll get back to you again if I can actually remember.
