I'm sorry to have to tell you this but there is no such thing as a PRN file. PRN is a command code used in order to direct a file to a printer connected to a parallel port. For example the command I learned many years ago to send a text file to a printer using DOS is as follows:
type sample.txt>prn I hope this helps you understand a little better, if not just give a yell. My wife just told me that it is possible that there is such a thing as a PRN file but I personally have never seen such an animal. I think that it's time to google, after breakfast of course. I can't google on an empty tummy.
