Well I used Advanced Windows Care Personal myself, hence the recommendation, and, using JAWS 8.0.423 demo I couldn't see any problems using it before or after the repairs were made. And anyway if the repairs did damage your Windows installation in any way you can always restore the backups AWC (Advanced Windows Care) made. Hope that helps.
