Hi, I can't think of any help files at the moment, but it is very easy to move from Outlook Express to Outlook. I know this because I just did it about a month ago. All you have to do is import your accounts and address book from OE to Outlook. You can still use OE to send and receive mail if you want to, but if you want to use Outlook as the default Email client, then when the dialog come up when you open OE that wants to know if you want it to be the default client, just press enter on the No button.
