Hi Cathy, As I understand it, it's something like this. Generally speaking, this is used for web-based e-mail. When you use IMAP, only the message headers are downloaded to your computer, so once you have decided which messages you want, and have removed the others, then you would use the synchronize feature to download the messages that match the headers. This doesn't apply to folks like us. smile. When I go to my Tools menu, in Out Look Express, I find a selection which says, "synchronize all". Would someone please, tell me what that means?
