The answer to that one, would be no. Even if you could get a program like Dragon to pickup the audio, it wouldn't be able to decipher it properly. So this program takes text and puts it into audible. Now, if you wanted to do do the opposite, audible to text is there a program to do that? Say for instance, you had several cassette tapes of readings and you wanted to convert it from speech to text can it be done through the computer?
