Go look in the system event viewer and see if there's any more information therein.
Basically hit the start button, use S to navigate to Settings, go into the Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Event Viewer, navigate up and down on the left to find the Application item, then hit tab to go to the list. You'll then have to move up and down listening to the summary info until you should find the relevant error item which you can then hit enter on and tab around that dialogue etc. until you hopefully find a bit more relevant info.
