Honestly I don't know where you can get the program from although I gather it is possible to pick it up some place. I'm using what my web hosting provider makes available to his subscribers. My suggestion is to do a search for it on google or yahoo. I know there will be a lot of hits because I got plenty while I was searching for documentation for the darn thing. It's all pretty easy except for a few sticking points.
