Mark I really don't think it's an anti-virus or file format issue. Whenever something stops working I always ask myself, "what changed?". In my case I think it was upgrading to MediaPlayer 11. The reason I say "I think" is because it had been several months since the last time I downloaded a book from netLibrary. I un uninstalled version 11 and reinstalled 10 but no luck.
I'm stumped.
