Hi Mark, You can usually accomplish this using the Microsoft Office Tools suite available with any Microsoft Office product, 2000 and above.
The Document Scanning Feature can be configured to keep scanning after each page with the touch of a button. It uses your current OCR package that may be available on your computer already, and/or it's own OCR. If you don't have the time to do this, I believe that National Braille Press does some scanning for people returning to college or high school. I'm sure if you Google National Braille Press, it will lead you to where you want to go. There are other places that do this for little to no charge, so you might want to Google the terms, along with free or low-cost. Hope this helps.
