My friend sent me this message and I can't answer it. He is using XP if that will help. He doesn't want to search the hole computer, but just one folder.
Lois If you have a folder that has a variety of file extensions.... .doc .txt .ltr .mp3 and this folder is large with say 100 files in it. Is there a way to isolate say only the extension of mp3. This was doable in DOS using dir *.mp3 but is there some way to do this in Windows?
