Not sure if this is right/helpful, but try looking on the start menu - settings - control panel - printers and faxes and you may find something there. Only problem is I'm not sure if this instance of a 'fax' thing will also be needed by your other pieces of software, but chances are they don't as such use the built-in stuff.
