Hi All,

Does anyone know how to take a table of addresses in MS Word and 
using the mail merge under tools to create a label file and print 
them? I am using office 2003.

I have a table of 66 addresses and I want to print labels using Avery 
5160 labels. I tried to follow the prompt, but when I get to the 
merge, I cannot find any addresses.

I would appreciate any step by step instructions to do this. Many 
thanks for any help.
