Well I found out that it was my hosts file that was blocking the legit site. go back to sometime last month when I was having tuns of trouble with a certain site. Im still working out how to trouble shoot that though. I'm getting hlep from some wonderful people in a tech news group I'm in. I'll keep o guys posted on this.
