I use JAWS version 8.0 on my wife's Acer computer running Windows XP when I
have to check things out or repair something for her. The other day when I
booted Jaws on it to check something out I get the old video intercept
error message with an option to reinstall it. It will not let me do it even
after rebooting the machine. JAWS seems to work ok but what I discovered
was the video driver on her machine has somehow become corrupt.

Here's the question, how do I restore or fix that from her system recovery
discs without reinstalling the entire restore?

thanks
Al
