Not 100% sure if this will work, but give it a try. Once the PC cursor is on the button, use Jaws + numpad - to move the Jaws cursor there as well, then I'm not 100% sure if you need to switch to the Jaws cursor, but try just using the Jaws key + G combination which should allow you to 'label' that button.
