Hi Larry John R. here you want to look at the following and see if these settings are in place.
whilst having outlook express open, I'm assuming that you use outlook express. 1. go to Tools menu then options, and press enter on options. 2. make sure you are in the general tab, if not then use control+tab and this will move through the different tabs. 3. in the general tab, you are first looking for the following and make sure they are checked. When starting go directly to my inbox folder. check it. Automaticly display folders with unread messages in, check it.
