There needs to be some steps added before step 3.  I believe that the second
folder with the same name as the one above it is actually a sub folder to
the one above it.  If this is in deed the case, the subfolder (lower folder)
needs to be moved up a level, or another way of thinking of this is that it
needs to be moved out of the folder where it is stored.  

I'm guessing that there are instructions up on the web site on how to move
folders.

I hope that I have not muddied the waters.

Here you go Doug.

1.  Locate the folder you want to keep.

2.  Rename that folder anything you like temporarily.  Even adding a 1 or
other character to the name will work.

3.  Delete the folder you don't want.

4.  Rename the saved folder to the title you wish.
