I have no idea if there is a log at all. but look in yor test results found int he avg main window. Push the test resullts button and then find the test you had in question and tab to the test details button.

If a re-scan of the system didn't detect it, then you should look in the log file in AVG, ifthereis one. I can't tell you for sure, since I don't use that particular software. I know others on the list do use it, so perhaps they can shed more light.
