XP home window eyes 6 . 1 my computer is on the first floor, and the phone socket is on the ground floor. can I extend my ETHERNET cable from my computer to the router, which is next to the phone socket. without any problems, connecting to the internet. the lengths would be about 30 feet of cable. best.
