Hi Lisa, If she does a Windows update, and presses the custom button, you'll see the update in the optional updates, unless someone has checked to not show the update again, in which case she'll have to go in and press enter on the link that says show previously hidden updates.
You should also be able to go to the Microsoft website, enter on downloads, and there shouldn't be a problem finding it as one of the downloads. Hope this helps.
