Hi there.

After doing a quick search on google, I found the following page:

It's basically the download page for what they call the full installation of 
IE 6 including the service pack.  While they aren't as such recommending it 
for Win XP (since they obviously want you to download IE 7), it will 
hopefully work.

FWIW, the search on Google's accessible search was:
"internet explorer 6" installation download
