Not 100% sure if this has been posted here before, but I just found this 
link on the website of one of my local cellphone providers on their specific 
page related to accessible mobile phones.

Both of them are basically, the Adobe - Accessibility Resource Center, and I 
went through the step by step process, and it actually is very 
simple/accessible.
