Not 100% sure if this has been posted here before, but I just found this link on the website of one of my local cellphone providers on their specific page related to accessible mobile phones.
Either way: http://www.adobe.com/accessibility/index.html (the alternative, more direct link that in fact becomes that one, is http://access.adobe.com ) Both of them are basically, the Adobe - Accessibility Resource Center, and I went through the step by step process, and it actually is very simple/accessible.
