First, go to http://braille.wunderground.com Note that it is w u n d e r g r o u n d. You should see an edit field where you can enter either your zip code or the name and country of the location you want. then you should see a "fast forecast" button. Press space bar to activate this button and you should get a forecast for the place you requested. HTH.
