Hi Maria,

ATT uses the Yahoo mail servers for their e-mail accounts.

What you can do is go to:

mail.yahoo.com

Once on the page, look for the username and password fields.

In the username field, type in your full e-mail address. in the password
field, type in your e-mail password and get enter.

On the resulting page, look for a list of five items. Those five items
should be inbox, sent items, drafts, bulk and trash.

If you hear a number after bulk, that means you have your bulk folder
activated and you have messages within that folder.

Press enter on the link to the bulk folder and that will take you to the
files folder list of messages.

On that page, you can press what ever keyboard command that takes you to the
only table on the page, with Jaws, that would be the letter T, at which
point, you'll land on a checkbox, which will be unchecked. Once there, you
can use the standard table commands to navigate through the table to see
what messages are there.

Those commands are control+alt+the arrow keys if you are using Jaws.

To turn off the bulk folder and the spam guard, is a bit more involved, but
if you need help there, let us know and someone will write something up to
tell you how to turn it off, if that is what you want.

Hope this helps.

Victor
