Hi, she can't connect to MSN either. However, it appears we have the answer. Eudora apparently was creating certificates that were invalid, something called Equifax (anyone heard of that?) were generating the expired certificates. She has since uninstalled Eudora and is now using Outlook 2003 for her e-mails. Thanks for the help though, greatly appreciated.
