Don't really know what causes these problems, but FWIW, on my one computer (both run Jaws 8.0.1177 at this stage, and MS Word 2003), I can't really use the say all key combo since it will sort of read varying bits of text.
I either have to go down line by line, or sometimes paragraph by paragraph - but sometimes even that won't work.
