Yes in Outlook the search function is found by pressing F4. I am not sure what it is in Outlook Express.
If you are reading a digest a quick way to navigate is to press F4 and type Message: as your search entry. When you press F4 again Message: will still be there and you only have to press enter to find the next message. A tip about the >> greater signs. If you are using Jaws Press Insert F2 whilst in Outlook and cursor down to run Dictionary Manager. Do not accept any invitation to make this a default dictionary file as you only want these changes to apply to Outlook. Tab to Add. Type > as the word and enter a space as your replacement pronunciation. Save this file. This will get rid of Jaws saying greater than in your emails.
