I have a friend with a Del computer. It was working fine before, but now her computer is not recognizing the FlashCard reader. It asks for a disk to be inserted into Drive E. I don't have a card reader so don't know where to begin to trouble shoot the problem. Any help would be appreciated, thanks, Deb.
