Ok, help! I apparently have done something and messed up my office xp pro software. When I press the alt key, I can not access my menu bar. I can use my Jaws cursor and read the menu bar but I can not even access them.
Here's what I accidently did. I went to My Documents and entered on a document. I arrowed down and continued to read document names in My Documents. I entered on the document name again and nothing happened that I was aware of. I decided to alt tab to see if it had opened without me knowing it. Well, it did. It gave me the message that the document was not available and gave options to make it a read only file. I had problems closing the document too. Would anybody have any clues how to resolve this?
