What I found at my local computer shop was pretty neat for an external
device.  It is a hard drive caddy that has an on/off switch and plugs into
the USB port.  The neat thing about this caddy is you can put whatever
kind/size  of internal hard drive into it you choose.  If the hard drive
ever goes bad you can replace it with whatever you choose. The caddy remains
ok.  It will accept I D E or serial A T A drives  I love it

Just to point out, there are still many drives going up for sale with 5200
rpm's, even on the site that Tammy provided that she is looking at.

Granted, there aren't many, but they are still out there.
