HI Mitch. The entire file is selected by default, but you might want to do a control A to select all just in case. Then, alt C for the effect menu, u for volume, then finally c for change volume. From there you can choose a preset. Probably the double preset will work best. Keep doing that until the file is at an acceptable volume. Before you save it, make sure you go back into the effects menu, the volume submenu,and choose max match and the full dynamic range preset to eliminate clipping. Hope this helps.
