    Not so updating!
Start spybot search and distroy, and form the menu select navigation, then 
settings submenu, then settings.
In the tree view select immunize if the program has updated, and then press 
w, and all of the vierw with update csek, if it is on, if not, press space 
on them, and go to the bottom of the tree, and do not select the options 
with the recovery, they must be off.
