The Spam filter is on by default, of course you can add addresses to both a
white and or black list. I was wondering what to do my next recording on,
maybe this is the ticket. I've only had it a week myself, but possibly next
week I'll be able to record something, let's keep our fingers crossed.

Its all personal preference I guess.
I used to use NOD32 but moved to AVG Internet Security as NOD32 did not
  at
the time include a firewall and I found the free firewalls intrusive and
    demanding of my time.

When I installed AVG it found several Virus threats that NOD32 had not
identified. This surprised me as I had heard good reports of NOD32
performance. I have also read on this list of criticisms of AVG
  performance.
When I investigated this however it transpires that this refers to lack of
spy ware and anti spam. The product I purchased, the Internet Suite
  contains
all these applications bundled together, so presumably this particular
criticism applies only to the free AVG and not the full Internet Suite
    product.

What is undeniably true is that the AVG interface is far more intuitive
  than
Nod 32 panes of obscure options.

    Regards

    Hi, John!
    Try the nod32 2.7, not the 3.0.
It is the best, checks all viruses, and no one is in the pc.
    God bless!
