Hello everybody, I have AVG on my computer, the full purchased version. I am running XP Pro with JAWS 8.
Here's my question. A couple of weeks ago when I tab around from the Desktop to the Start button, to the system tray . . as I get to the system tray, every morning JAWS reads that 1 or more items is in an error state and also that in order to complete the update, my computer needs to restart. I do have it set up to run a system scan each night, but before, it never said I had to restart my computer. Also, even when I do restart my computer, that same "needs to restart" message is there. Once I restart the computer, it doesn't say the part about items being in an error state. If I click on "check for updates before I restart the computer, it comes back and says that the update failed. I'm lost for an explanation or an idea of how to solve this problem.
