OK 
Specifically if you could clarify
1. Have you checked that the folder view is set to arrange by name?
To check this go to View  then 
Arrange Icons and then select name if this is not checked. 

2. Are the files still in the wrong order even after  pressing the F5 key to
refresh the folder view?

That's not quite what I'm looking for.

When I go to burn a CD, I have the tracks numbered, 01, 02, 03, etc. 
Sometimes when I paste them into the CD drive, they get out of order. What
I'm looking to do is to be able to arrange the tracks so they are in order.
