HI Kathy. It sounds like you have your messages set to view in text format. You can temporarily change a message to html format by pressing alt+shift+h from within the message. I recommend you do it this way rather than changing your program to always view messages in html just in case you mistakenly open a message that might be a piece of spam that may contain some malicious html code. This way you can choose to view message in html if and only if you trust the sender, and if you do open one of the bad ones, no HTML code will execute and you can just close it and delete it. Hope this solves your problem.
