Gold Wave works great for under $50.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] advise needed and wanted

I want to learn how to record material from the net, from cassettes, from
albums and other external sources. I need advise from the listers as to
which program to use; I have read stuff about total recorder as well as
replay but I would like to know which program works best for a blind person,
that is with jaws. Also, do any of you have any knowledge about how good or
bad the machines are that will convert cassettes to cds. Any help would be
appreciated. Thanks,

Dan
