I believe John has been sufficiently chastised for his display of
frustration.  I am personally not one for beating a dead horse and I think
we could all show a little compassion for John who was obviously dealing
with frustrations beyond his threshold.  I wish I could truthfully say I've
never had to deal with such overwhelming agitation, but unfortunately I too
have found myself well within arm's length of my temper -- a short fuse is
what I mean of course.  I'm usually fairly easy-going, but I've experienced
the "Jekyl and Hyde" syndrome myself when something is just so darn
frustrating!  I'm all for offering John a virtual pat on the back and
saying, "We've all been there, Pal."
